Lyrical Graphicz is building a limited network of licensed resellers for select original designs.
This is not a cut file sale.
This is a structured licensing program that grants approved businesses permission to manufacture and sell physical products using licensed designs.

If you own a laser and run a product-based craft business, this program is designed for you.
Approved resellers may receive:
• Licensed design access for approved products
• Permission to manufacture physical products
• Reseller certificate
• Access to future design releases
• Minimum pricing protection to prevent undercutting
All licenses are limited to protect the value of the designs and the reseller network.
License Options
Option 1. Blank Reseller License
Cut and sell blanks.
This license allows you to manufacture and sell MDF blanks using approved licensed designs.
Includes:
• Manufacturing rights for blanks only
• Minimum pricing policy
• License certificate
Option 2. Full Product Reseller License
Cut, assemble, and sell finished products.
This license allows you to manufacture blanks, assemble products, and sell finished boxes.
Includes:
• Manufacturing rights for finished products
• Minimum pricing policy
• License certificate
• Access to approved product templates
Pricing and Investment
Structured Investment
Licensing is a structured investment based on the license level and production rights.
Expected range: three-figure to four-figure investment depending on tier.

Minimum Pricing Policy
Pricing Protection
To protect the market and maintain value, all licensed resellers must follow a minimum pricing policy.
Resellers may charge more, but may not sell below the minimum price for blanks or finished products.
Violations may result in license termination.
Requirements
Who This Is For
This program is best for business owners who:
• Own a laser machine and actively produce products
• Are serious about selling physical items
• Can follow pricing and licensing policies
• Respect intellectual property and original design ownership
What Is Not Allowed
To protect the designs and program integrity, the following are not allowed:
• Sharing, reselling, trading, or distributing design files
• Selling the template or offering it as a “file” to others
• Claiming the design as your own original work
• Undercutting minimum pricing
